I was just a bit disappointed in the meal I ordered at Cafe Harrod's. I ordered a salt beef sandwich and some coleslaw, but was dismayed at the horrible flavor of the caraway seeds in the slaw. I would never put them in that quantity into slaw. It ruined it. The salt beef sandwich was very thin, although it was tasty. I was honestly not impressed. I would have thought for the price, the food would have been better. I would probably give them another chance, but I'd recommend Selfridge's... Read more...

That is what I love about Harrods, you have everything under one roof. Any trip to city centre would not be complete without a pop into Harrods, but more importantly to take a load off at the cafe as you mull over your extensive spending spree. The cakes are devine!!... Read more...

i don't think its possible to take a trip to london and not wander around harrods.needless to say 'we' were there, but no sign of al fayed behind any of the check outs.seeing as we hadn't bought a present for pippa our dog, we went to the pet section. it was actually incredible, chaise longue, 4 coaster beds, doggy birthday cakes,you name it, it was there.we settled on a cool mungo and maud collar..we phoned home to get pippa's neck measured so as to be sure we were buying right.the shop...
