The business owner cares very much about customer service

This was my first time ever hiring any sort of professional cleaning service for myself, and I am very impressed with the results. I used it twice. I love Chelsea Cleaners! I have been using them for months and they are exceptional and the price is right. Just today I came home to a perfectly clean apartment. This was my first time ever hiring any sort of professional cleaning service for myself, and I am very impressed with the results. The result they achieved on cleaning carpets on landings, stairs, and a bedroom was extremely good. Despite a number of mishaps with the pressure hose, the cleaner kept me informed and turned up every day until the job was done to both his and my satisfaction and got the job done within the promised time-frame and to the standard that was promised. Everything was professional and excellent. They have always been on time, always thorough, have returned for extra work and have left my house and apartments spotless. The cleaning crew are really sweet and the people who work in the office are always very friendly even when I have to change my cleaning time they are always will to accommodate me. From start to finish, they did a beautiful job. I asked them to do our move-out cleaning on a 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment. They responded very quickly via email (which I love) and set it up exactly when I needed them to come. And all for a very reasonable price, as well. ... Read more...

I had cleaning companies come over before, and I never realized my house was never properly cleaned until these guys came over. I always smile when I enter the bathroom and see that she folds the end of the toilet paper roll to create a point. Thanks for a very good service. We are now using them on a regular basis....
