In general, I like to keep my house clean. I was pleased to read your email and hear that you make customer service a high priority. I have been especially impressed with the additional service they offer without extra charge, where computer screens, phones and keyboards are cleaned along with other items, and they also offer competitively priced carpet cleaning. Excellent quality and service. We were impressed with your prompt attention and with the no-fuss manner in which you did the job on a cold, drizzly morning. I have been using Cleaning services London for several months for cleaning and Ironing mainly, during which time I have found the services to be of a high standard, the customer service excellent and the service itself very flexible. The gentleman who arrived was polite and efficient. Thank you so much when we are out of town we always know we come home to a clean house and beds made. With my partner and I both working full time we found that spending the weekends cleaning a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home was not high on our agenda. We had renovators in and they were able to work around them to get things done (which was greatly appreciated) and just a friendly bunch who took pride in what they did. What a conscientious and energetic team! My books on the shelf had been lined up into razor straight lines instead of looking like a bunch of drunkards trying to stand in a straight line I was most impressed with how clean the oven was - it looked virtually brand new. Very good service and a very clear and understandable cleaning check list. The cleaners are excellent, the on-site Supervisor works very hard and we always seem to have enough cleaning supplies in stock and cover for cleaners off with sickness or holiday - what more could we ask for?...
