Shocking Service at Kingston Branch of Evans

Guys, The service I received at Evans (Kingston Branch) has been terrible this evening. We ordered two 'brand-new' Brompton folding bikes and were called today to collect. On arrival, it was clear that there were several scratches and defects on one of the bikes - this was clearly the shop display bike we turned downed when we first looked at the bikes.
