lack of communication and the fact their credit card facilities where down meant I received three emails telling me my card had been refused when in fact my card was fine. I rang the customer service twice the first time no one mentioned to me their difficulties instead I received more emails. The lady I spoke to today 14.06.10 wasn't very interested did half heartedly apologize. When I eventually do receive my order I'm sending it back my as totally disgusted by their lack of good customer... Read more...
