I have been using Granddrive Computers for over 5 years now and have never had a problem with the work carried out on my pc. I find the staff informative and helpful, I have also recommended people to use them. In the years I have had to put my laptop or tower in for repair the work done has been of high quality and normally i end up with more knowledge of pc's than any college could offer. Prices and call out rates are reasonable and am always happy with the service given. ... Read more...

Scammers, avoid at all costs

Beware of these guys, they are scammers. I left a laptop to have the cause of overheating investigated and fixed. I told them the laptop was needed quickly. They said they would call later in the week to give me a quote and let me decide whether to proceed. They never called. After 4 weeks, I started contacting them every day and was fobbed off every time. Eventually after week 6, the assistant handed me back the laptop but didn't know if it had been fixed.
