Every time we have visited this hotel it has been absolutely beautiful. The staff go the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay. Many seem to remember your name which makes it feel very special and adds to the atmsophere they create. The hotel has a truly exclusive feel to it but is in no way pretentious and the staff are very down to earth and cater for your every need. We stayed in one of the classic rooms.
