This place will stop you in your tracks and open your mouth wide. It matters not If your a fan of architecture, just go and enjoy the sheer beauty and craftmanship in front of your eyes. It's like an old gothic castle with lots to see. The building functions as the ceremonial headquarters of Manchester City Council and houses a number of local government departments.
