I have been using 'motech' since it opened on mitcham lane and to date have had no issues, they are helpful and courteous - they try and fit you in at your availability, however as a busy local garage you may have to wait a little while for a booking. good service all the time

My Mazda 6 was suffering from a blocked DPF filter and i was facing a potencial bill of £4000 from the dealers....motech was really helpful and very knowledgeable regarding this problem and explained it in great detail. Took the car in, and got it back the same day...no lights on...i have my power back and it drives so much better...instant improvement in economy. At motech i received brilliant customer service and attention to detail was excellent. The service manager promptly attended to me and got the process on before I could even blink! The manager built up a fantastic and fluent rapport with me, and on collection I was talked through all the details concerning my car. What good service!!!!!!!!

At first I was worried about visiting a local garage. But those worries were soon abandoned!! I was greeted by the service manager who was a great help, who later explained simply but in depth why my vehicle failed MOT. I found the staff at motech had great people skills and great customer service. I will always go back to MOTECH and would advise anybody else to.!!!... Read more...
