I went to Regis Hairdressers in Brent Cross. I had highlights and a blowdry. The lady who did it said she had 11 years experience, but the end result was bad, and a student could have done better. I felt they kept forcing treatments on me, like when they asked if I wanted conditioner after shampooing my hair, I said yes, and they did a 15 minute deep conditioner without explaining - all I wanted was the usual after shampoo conditioner.
