went to the Vigo Street location at Reiss in London and to make a long story short, they wouldn't let me return a stained shirt that they said would come out when I washed it - this is just dishonest and ethically wrong. If you're not an expert, don't give out incorrect information to your customers and have your policies on these mysterious buyer beware deals clearly stated verbally and in writing. ... Read more...
