Having read Niamhs review for The Tea Room, I purposely went out of my way to find it when in Convent Garden recently. If you are a coffee lover like me, don't feel like your cheating by popping in here. I'm a coffee nut - cannot start the day without coffee and will never ever give it up. HOWEVER, this lovely little tea house, near Covent Garden, has turned me into an avid tea-appreciator! You cannot sit in here and enjoy a cup of tea, but you can buy all sorts of tea leaves, and cups and thingys for brewing your tea in. Lovely jubbly cuppa tea.
