spectacular

I was told that this was the largest shopping centre in the UK until Westfield came to London. I don't know how true this is, but what I do know is that, visually, Westfield has nothing on the Trafford Centre. This place has the most amazing, regal exterior. Inside you'll find basically every shop under the sun. The most impressive part, for me, was the food court. There is a beautiful dining area for the proper restaurants. The fast food area, however, is no less breathtaking. It's located in... Read more...

so impressed

The Trafford Centre is Europe's shopping labyrinth of luxury. Marbled floor, massive sculptures, golden lions and mini cities within the centre itself, for instance, there is a "China Town" type wing, and regions vary in architectural style with some points referencing greek and egyptian design. The entire place is MASSIVE. It is definitely the biggest shopping centre I've even been to, and there is just about every shop you've ever heard of contained within. The food court is... Must see in Manchester
(22 November 2010)
by: Aoibheen M. 4 out of 5
You can't come to Manchester without visiting the Trafford Centre. The place itself is huge and is extremely well architected throughout. Aside from the great selection of shops there is also a huge food court, cinema etc so you won't be lost for things to do there. However it is always mobbed with people at the weekends so if crowds aren't your cup of tea a weekday visit would be more advisable! ... Read more...

Love the Trafford Centre shopping centre. A coach load of us go there regularly for a girlie weekend away. We heard that you can have the services of a meeter and greeter to give a brief introduction and welcome groups and we take advantage of the service when we go. We all get special discount vouchers that we can use in the centre and a meal voucher for our coach driver. A great place to spend a good day shopping, there are a HUGE amount of shops that you don’t have in Dublin. Love... Read more...

This is a most if you go to Manchester. This shopping centre is absolutely huge. It is so big there are signpost at every junction in it. You would need a few days to go into every shop that is here. I think at one satge it was the biggest shoppin centre in Europe. You would need to get a bus from the car park if you bring your car, it is so big. Ther are loads of bargins to be got here but go early to give yourself a good run at the day.... Read more...

Shopping Heaven
(01 June 2011)
by: Amanda M. 5 out of 5
This is absolute shopping Heaven. Its an absolute must if you are on a trip to Manchester. It looks amazing on the outside, and if that impresses you, wait until you get through the doors. Its massive. Its every bit as good as of the big name Malls I've been to in the US. Great value to be found as well not that Sterling has weakened. A lot of shops that we (now) have such as Mamas & Papas, The Disney Store are here, but there are a lot that we don't have - BHS, John Lewis to name a few.... Read more...
