just popped into the valet on the off chance to get a shave and had a great experience again - smooth as a baby for 2 days - George rocks at the valet, seems im fast becoming a regular there for these treatments... Read more...

Great Wax, Great Shave, Great Place

What can i say about The Valet apart from the great atmosphere which is amazing and the staff who are all really nice. Well the treatments are increadible, had a few different things done now as i've been going there for a couple of months now. last time i had a wax, not my first but certainly one of the best i've ever had. Rebecca took her time and really did a great job. I also would recomend any guy who wants one to go there for a first time, but for guys like me who regularly get it done... Read more...

Treat Yourself

Been going to 'The Valet' now for a couple of months, it’s always a terrific experience, nothing is too much trouble for the attentive staff. George always takes so much care and attention; definitely tops the list for best hair cut and shaves in the London area let alone the Croydon area!! If you have never tried a hot towel shave before then you are in for a treat! an experience I would recommend to all men.... Read more...

I have had the pleasure of a number of hot towel treatments at The Valet, and I would definately reccommend them. The staff make you feel like a special customer, and the treatments themselves are simply lovely, relaxing and refreshing. I can now fully understand why ladies enjoy being pampered so much - time for us men to get a bit of it!... Read more...

Best of the best

I have been and I am a convert to the cult of grooming. I went just under a month ago and was welcomed as soon as I cam though the door. I was treated to the banter and the friendship that only comes from people who are experts at what they do. I was lead to a chair and included in the chat and got treated to the world according to George and the staff (so sorry I cant remember the receptionist name but I wish her all the luck getting to a dance club in Mexico)... The Valet is a must have barber shop for every occasion. Be it for a simple trim or if you want to spoil yourself with some Man Pampering. if it hadn't been for the Valet i would still be struggling with a Gillette razor. To shave or not to shave!!!

I have been a customer at The Valet for just over a year now. Yesterday I had had my first ever hot towel shave after my haircut. Let me tell you it was great! I walked out of there feeling totally relaxed and now wonder why I had never had this done before. What an experience. I am always looked after as though I am a VIP (just as I see every customer being treated). It is an experience I would recommend to all men. It has become my sanctuary and once a month I am able to take a little time... Read more...

WHAT AN AMAZING BARBER SHOP

What a place, I have never before experienced such a service and the hot towel treatments are truly Deluxe. The surroundings will be well appreciated by most blokes. They have personal LCD screen featuring sports news and a beer fridge. Apart from all the frills the service and treatments stand up to their name, you really do feel special and like you’re being looked after by a personal Valet.
