My wife and I visited this location known as The Waters Edge near Ruislip Lido recently and I'm disgusted at the state of the food in your carvery. Most of the food was cold and unedible which I pointed out to one of the staff there as the manager was'nt available to discuss this matter with. Now with all this in mind my wife has booked a Christmas dinner there and we hope that the food is hot otherwise I will expect an immediate refund from you... Read more...
