I go here regularly because it's near where I study. At first it looks like a total dive and most of the market smells like fish from the two fish shops along the way. However the fruit and vegetable stalls are amazing- I get a massive massive bag of bananas for a pound, and a massive massive bag of cherry tomatoes for a pound...or 4 avocados for a pound...the value is obscene! The market's good for other things as well, like cheap fabric, cheap toys, cheap clothes, cheap gadget accessories... Read more...
