He is actually getting worse. He cannot keep the flow of conversation going. He talks over callers all the time.

I find Joe completely depressing. Yes, I know we are in recession, yes I know we all have troubles but seriously, I would love to hear someone phone in with something positive to say. I have just turned him off completely and now listen to 4FM at that hour of the day.
