I watched a customer being served at the hot food counter this week. The staff member completly ignored the customer standing in front of her and spent her time chatting to the guy on the new meat counter beside her. Some lovely staff here but also some very poor staff as well.

David I was referring to the 7 course tasting menu with Redmonds Fine Foods and Wines taking place on the 30th May as distinct from the 7 course tasting menu (without wine) that seems to be an everyday event on request. My "WITH WINE" review was not incorrect as you state in your comment.
