Best Value Paintball In Dublin

In my opinion, paintball is never really good value, but by making a few comparisons, I can see that skirmish is my first choice for cost. It's about 40 euro to play and you get 400 paintballs with that. If you're under 18 you can pay as little as 30 for the same offer, which is great. An additional 100 paintballs is 10 euro, which is actually quite a lot, but equals competing venues, but if you're careful, you'll manage with 400 (on the other hand, the more paintballs, the easier and more fun it is :)
The arenas are pretty big, and surprisingly intricate in their play styles. A semi-automatic paintgun is included along with a face mask and a camouflage suit, but armour is not included. Without the armor, you may feel quite terrified at first, especially since most of the other paintball venues in Ireland DO give you armour.
So we'll cut to the chase - yes, getting shot hurts. It's like someone taking a whip and smacking the hell out of you. You'll get small bruises, but all in all, it is perfectly harmless. In my experience, you're best off just running into the fray! It works out better seeing how most people are terrified, too!
There are five battlefields and you get to play 4/5. They are all very exciting, and it's hard to chose a favourite. Some involve rescuing / taking a hostage, and one is even a classic battle of capture the flag!
In all games you have teammates, so don't worry about getting ganged up on.
Overall, Skirmish is an excellent venue for corporate outings and parties, as even BBQs are included, along with full professional supervision.
I could really go on and on about them, but for a good game, you really shouldn't pass Skirmish up; they have been in the business for years.
