Disappointed!

Having booked a table for a family birthday at the Bar and Grill, we were all very disappointed with our evening! No complaints about the food - we ordered from a special 3 course set menu which was good value. It was the rest of the evening that spoiled it for us: - the noisy atmosphere - we were seated next to the bar which was busy but even without that it was one of those places that was so loud you had to shout across the table. The waiter who served us was so moody - didn't even try to smile. Didn't take our drinks order until after our 1st course had been served and then waited ages!
As I said, food was nice (thats the reason for 3*) Portions on the small side but for me just right as we were having 3 courses. Dessert trolley was the best thing in a very disappointing night out.
