Great tasting food and byob!

Was over in London for the night last week and ended up having our "meeting" in this little resto in East London. It is not far from Brick Lane but doesn't get caught up in that madness. Having gotten drenched walking to the place in monsoon like conditions we were all starving and parched. This place is bring your own booze which makes the whole night a lot cheaper and there is an off license just across the road.
All mains dishes are £5-£7 more or less and we had a pretty wide selection of various spice levels and flavours. Compared to the usual stuff served out of other Indian restaurants I have been to this was definitely a cut above the rest. The quality of the meat was good, flavours were excellent and the ambiance was lively. The bill came to £65 for 4 of us plus the £10 we spent on beer next door... cant get much better than that!
Tom would recommend. Tom would use again.
