Old-style comfortable 3* Establishment On Princes Street

Have stayed here on a number of occasions-right in the centro of towm , across the road from Waverley Station. Very cosy, old world feel , but with modern features in the rooms eg LCD TV, Wi-Fi. Tea/Coffeemaking facilities , and overall comfortable rooms.
The restaurant , and bar, have great views over to Edinburgh Castle and Gardens. Had delicious full Scottish breakfasts there.
Rates are excellent----except when international rugby matches take place , when (in general, and here too) extortionate rates are charged.
Nigel would recommend. Nigel would use again.
